The reason why I participated in attending with VSA (Vietnamese Students Associate) because I am in a part of The Children of Holly Dragons, Con Rong Chau Tien in Vietnamese. Every year on Tet festive day, each family getting ready to clean houses, paint and buy some new clothes. We also celebration party at the end of the year, and light up firecrackers at mid-night to wait for and welcome the New Year. On the first day of New Year, everyone gather to meet together and shares luck. Some of the young children would to wish to the elder people their own words “Wished a Happy New Year.” They would get presents from the elder people. Our festival will end more then a week.
