On the first day¡¯s afternoon, I went to the classroom and try to find out Betty. However, she was not in the classroom. I talked to some other students who were very kind and nice. What I felt afraid most before the teaching practice was the gap between the junior students and me. Now I felt at ease to deal with young students. From them I knew more about Betty. Once Betty quarreled with the math teacher because of this and that. After the quarrel she got full marks in the math test for three times, which was considered as a wonder by her classmates. What¡¯s worth mentioning was that the tests were very difficult and Betty was the only student to get full marks. I was driven by the increasing curiosity and determined to find out this girl. Finally, I met Betty not in the classroom but at the teachers¡¯ office. I saw a girl sitting beside Miss Tang. She was shorthaired, wearing the school uniform and a pair of sport shoes, lowering her head and murmuring something. After a while, Miss Tang introduced Betty to me and let Betty go home.
