I believing in learning even from my juniors, and I do not hide it. I openly show it that I have learned something new from them. This does encourage them towards working harder. I am open-minded. I openly bring problems to my juniors, even if I have the solution, to see how they would sort out the problem. If they have a better method or suggestion than mine, I go for it. I am hard working. I am hard working and good at my job, never wanting to leave a job pending. I am creative. I always look out for solutions that are best to sort out a problem, or make one’s work easier. I like creating programs that will be appreciated my management and can be adopted by the firm I work under pressure. I do not collapse in times of crisis. I have a strong back ground to withstand pressure when there is a heavy workload that is demanding and urgent. Weakness I am not very good at time keeping in projects. My workload being so demanding has caused me to be poor in keeping projects deadlines. I do not work well with staff that always depends on me. I find it very difficult to work with such staff and at times I withdraw from helping them and leave to them to figure it out. I do not like resolving conflict among staff. I normally tell them to be mature and sort it out on their own even when I know who is right or wrong. This is because I do not like to choose sides among them. Personal Life Strengths I have a strong attachment to God, and this has given me a lot of hope and strength in life during time of trials and tribulation. This has caused me to be determined in life. This has brought real meaning to life in me. I love my family. This has helped me become a home person, a person that enjoys being with his family. I have strong principles. From the time I started senior school I developed strong principles in my life. These have preserved my life as a teen at school, and as well as growing up in a violent neighborhood. Weakness I find it difficult to say no to assist someone. Being mercy oriented has put in a place where I find it very difficult to say no to a person who needs my assistance even if I have a commitment set already somewhere else. Learning Team Strengths I am open-minded. I go through class discussions and look at how my team responds. When the response is good I adapt it for myself. Weakness Being a people person, I find it difficult to relate on a high level because of the non-personal contact.
