The case itself is still in the process of being finalized. I agree with the judge that said that the banners are illegal yesterday, because the banners seem to be targeting third parties. The names of the companies targeted are Diversa, Cymer, and Sycuan. The problem does not deal with those three companies, only with La Mesa-based E.F. Brady. Therefore, the union is picketing against third parties. This is called secondary boycott, which is not permitted under labor law.
