My parents have done so much for me over my life and I don’t know what I would do without them. My mom has undoubtedly been my best friend for the last 19 years. I have always been so glad to have a mother like her. Not only is she a wonderful mother, who would do anything in the world for me, she is my best friend. I know that she will always be there for me and that I can trust her 100% with anything that I tell her. My dad is like my big brother. He is always there when I need him and he always watches over and protects me. I am an only child so I have been pretty lucky with all of the things that I have been able to do in my life. Growing up, I have been able to have almost anything that I have wanted. I guess that you could look at it as a good thing, but it has also made me expect so much all of the time. Sometimes, I think that because I have had so much growing up, that I may take things for granted and I don’t really appreciate what has been given to me.
