...er be seen again. One might be able to find the floor although that’s not very likely. Looking at the walls a person would see posters of rock and roll bands. Dishes and dirty clothes strewn all over hide the fact the boy could still be in there, and not have ran away six months ago. Also, girls like to take showers, sometimes for hours at a time and they wouldn’t be caught dead with dirty hair or dirty clothes for that matter. Young women always have to be neat and clean, for they never know when a young man might stop by. However, boys can go days without a shower. If they have cologne and deodorant( “pit stick” as it is sometimes called )’ many young men don’t worry about brushing their hair, until it is time to go on a date. Boys are quite the opposite. Asking a boy to do something is like pulling teeth. It’s as if they have to prove their manhoood by arguing with you. Some won’t survive this rite of manhood. Yet another difference is the kind of clothes they wear. Girls seem to always want designer clothes. They wouldn’t be caught dead in pants purchased at K-mart, or in a blouse from Wal-mart for that matter. Boys don’t care where their clothes come from as long as they hang lower than their boxer shorts. Furthermore, boys want to work earlier in their lives than girls. Boys will do lawn mowing, paper routes, and anything else needed as long as they get paid for it...
