This was how Macbeth was pleading to get the “Blood” of his hands, which represented the guilt he was facing for committing the evil crime of killing a king. Lady Macbeth is also feeling some sort of guilt as she says “ My hands are of your color” Lady Macbeth is feeling the guilt by she refuses to fall into feeling guilt for the murder that both Lady Macbeth and Macbeth committed.
