Her lust for power grows so much that she manipulates her husband Macbeth to kill his best friend and his two sons for the thrown of Scotland. Lady Macbeth and Macbeth desire for power overcame their moral values. In our modern society, there is one dictator that can be said to have the same lust for power as Lady Macbeth. He is known as Saddam Husan. Saddam Husan’s degree of lust for power can be compared to Lady Macbeth’s. I believe Saddam Husan is a dictator who will take the life of any one in his way. According to the general media, there have been cases reported that Saddam Husan has used Weapons of mass destruction on his own people. These weapons were biological and nuclear weapons. He has also been accused of shooting and killing his own sons. The motives of these actions were triggered by lust for power. Both of these characters have similar egos.
