...got accomplished was, rescuing Austria from economic disaster, settling the division of Silesia, and also preventing the outbreak of war between Greece and Bulgaria. It also gave a lot, it gave money to needy states, it also extended considerable aid to refugees. Even though it had its very good points and deeds, it also had some bad points. Mostly the reason that the League of Nations had ANY failures it’s because the United States did not join. The Paris peace conference adopted the constitution to the League of Nations in April of 1919. The League of Nations “headquarters’” was in Geneva and its first secretary general was Sir Eric Drummond. The whole reason the United states did not join the League of Nations, is because, they made a decision to not approve of the Versailles treaty.
