At first, I had to gather 4 or 5 programmers who would code the program. I had searched the candidates among the students who had completed our IT course. It was very tough for me to choose the team member because I lacked the knowledge about programming and I had never chosen a computer programmer. I got help from my senior and I learned the MS SQL and Visual Basic, which enabled me to discuss the project with the programmers easily and effectively. Then, my team and I had to gather the information about what the whole of the department members were doing as a daily basis. In order to get the information, we usually waited for each person until his or her job was over. During that activity, I could learn how to manage the time not to lose the project period. Also, I had to persuade our team to work late until even mid night. It was very difficult for me to encourage them work after working hours. Their point of view about this project was initially different from mine. That¡¯s why I needed to persuade them and get them to have the motivation to proceed with the project. I met the boss and proposed him that if our project was satisfactory, our team could be hired by my company. Actually, this suggestion would have to be implemented above my level by my supervisor, but I trusted my team and I did my best to make our project successful.
