Just 15 minutes a day will help you to burn fat, improve your blood pressure, strengthen your heart and increase oxygen supply to the lungs. Not only is cardiovascular fitness good for your physical well being its extremely beneficial to your mental well being. Exercise is the best way to deal with stress. During vigorous exercise endorphins in the brain release a chemical called seratonin which calms the mind leaving people happy and at ease. The benefits of keeping fit are significant, there is no other way to stay happy healthy and complete. Do you want to look good? Do you want to be confident about yourself when you go to the beach, or do you scare all the girls away when you take your shirt off. There is no way to get rippling abs and bulging biceps by sitting on the couch eating junk food. If you want to look and feel good you have to spend some time working out. Lifting weights 2-4 per week with proper technique will improve muscular strength and endurance. The more muscle you have the quicker you burn fat. Once you start to notice results its very motivating. You see the outcome of your hard work and training and you feel better about yourself.
