To understand this theory of thought one most first understand attachment, because it has the ability to have multiple meanings and definitions, yet in the case of Indian philosophy it is pertaining to: “Whatever moving thing in the moving world.” (Moore, p.39). I t is said that one must be at one with himself. This does not only include ones non-attachment to material possessions like clothes, money, cars and your house. It also includes the attachment to ones physical self. The body is merely the chariot for the “self” or the soul; the vehicle in which one goes about their task for knowledge.
