Is acceptance of change a catalyst for growth???

...hange. Physical changes are a part of human existence and naturally occur as we grow from childhood to adulthood i.e. puberty or aging. Even though they are not by choice, they are easy to adapt and accept as we are all aware of the natural processes of life. However, some of us may counter physical changes which can occur from certain incidents which we have no control over. For example, a sudden disability is a type of change which can be very hard to accept. Which such incidents, people’s life can change dramatically and the growing out of the shock can be impossible. But when these changes are accepted they can contribute to a better understanding of life and further growth. Today, we live in a world, where social changes impact our lives greatly. Social changes are a type of change which happens to people or environment around us, therefore affecting us indirectly. And because we are a part of the society, it is merely impossible to prevent influences of a certain change. A perfect example of such change and resulted influence would be the September 11th incidence where the whole world was left in shock. This incident inspired awareness amongst people around the globe which also contributed to their personal growth. We are not capable to alter or predict these changes but are very much part ofy them. Thus these changes are the most hardest to adapt into as they can occur abruptly. The third type of change is a catalyst from the above changes; emotional change. Emotional changes are the consequence from other changes which occur to us physically or socially. For example; as mentioned before a physical change can also mean puberty so the emotional change that follows is maturity. Social changes can give us a change of perspective towards diverse aspects around us. The emotional changes we face through many other changes can be either joyful or cheerless. They can be easy to predict but if depressing, very hard to disregard. Emotional changes itself is a growth within ourselves where we develop various understanding towards numerous situations.
