Intiation
...rong with them they were give a “blackball”, three blackballs and you were out. It wasn’t hard to receive a blackball the members were very demanding and strict on the rules, and they were based mostly appearance or how one would dress. Tracy, Millicents best friend wasn’t picked based on minor things like, the “way she wore her knee socks” and “her old book bag”. This upset Millicent a tiny bit but since she wanted passionately to be liked she accepted the invitation to join the group for its initiation week. The chosen girls were assigned a, “big sister”, to which they had to follow every demand required of them. All the nominees were called names like “gopher” to make them feel belittled and degraded. These girls also had to follow such rules as no smiling, no make-up, no curling their hair, and no talking to boys(even the most popular).
