They printed hunderds of thousands of leaflets that had those kinds of statement and dropped them on countries to rally support againts the jews. One example of hidden proganda was used by the Iraqi leader Saddam Hussien against the U.S.A., During the Gulf War, a U.S. millitray jet bombed a chemcial factory but conflicting intellignece reports, reported that it was an infant milk factory. To use this to his advantage Saddam Hussien allowed a CNN news team to view the building, among the wrecage of the building the was a HUGE sign that said "Milk Factory". That piece of propaganda by Hussein was designed to show that the U.S. uses needless acts of aggression against the Iraqi people.
