Heroism of Beowolf
...d take matter into his own hands and get it together so they could solve what ever problem they had. Someone who was willing to put his or her life on the line for his or her king, knights, and people. This person was named Beowulf. Beowulf had all of these qualities. He was able to hunt down that horrible monster for another country just to make it easier to live their lives. Beowulf acts as a leader throughout this whole story whether he sticks up for his mean, or risks his life just to get revenge for someone that was of no relation to him. A couple of examples of Beowulf’s courage are when he went he went down into the swamp to kill Grendel’s mother. He went into the marshes, hunted it down, and went to slay her. He did it all with a sword that he found down there. After that he cut off her head and took it to the person who asked him to kill the beast. How hardc...
