..., we had to come up with ideas quickly. Since this was the case, we decided to start putting our ideas and materials together as we went along. I think this approach was good for us because everyone was able to have a say with what was going on. I felt very comfortable in my group. They were very receptive to the ideas that I had, they liked some and some they didn’t. If I had an idea they did not like they did not make me feel bad. For the most part, someone had a better idea and I felt like the new idea was also better. We, as a group, do have a leader but he was not dictating to us what we had to do. He was also throwing in ideas. The design and building process went hand in hand. As we were thinking of the design we were also building at the same time. Everyone was able to see his or her idea work. Everyone contributed to the success of the project and we all worked on the project together. We did not determine who had certain jobs that feel into place. The way we worked together was exactly what the booked talked about in chapter four. The book talked about “Propositions on Group cohesiveness” and I feel as though we did everything to work toward the cohesiveness of the group. The book also talked about what “Group cohesiveness is increased by”. I think we also worked toward the characteristics described in the book.
