People drive around everyday and come across unfortunate homeless people. The homeless carry grocery store shopping carts, as if it were a mobile home being dragged from on destination to another, filled with their own treasured objects. Objects in which they need to go by each day, while holding up brown cardboard signs that read “ Will work for Food” or “Help, Need Money, God Bless You.” My Grandpa, who was always guilty of committing good deeds, would spare so much as twenty dollars to a homeless man knowing he would receive nothing in return. There aren’t many people in the world who are like my grandpa. Everyone wanted to prove to him what great deeds meant to them but, all he wanted was more love and peace and that is exactly what he receive in return. He passed away ten years ago yet, his presence still remains, as his acts of kindness will carry on throughout the lives he’s touched. Unfortunately, everyday people judge each other as an individual. Who we are comes from the inside, yet we are judged by the clothes we wear, how we choose to do our hair, or how we look in general. Most wealthy people such as lawyers, doctors or even privileged ones look down on homeless people as awful lower-class people. The homeless have been looked at by some with no acts of kindness at all. People feel there is no sense in giving the homeless money, because they will just go out and spend it on alcohol ...
