Therefore, the foreign universities attract a large number of Chinese high school graduates going abroad and this action mitigates the pressure of the University Entrance Examination in China. Put it differently, China Education Organization makes use of the sources of the foreign universities in order to decrease the pressure of the Examination, and depends on the various education systems to foster Chinese education system. Especially nowadays, having joined in WTO, Chinese education is facing with the reformation and communication with the foreign education, so the government should encourage more high school graduates to go abroad so that the professors could learn the differences between western and eastern education system by the students¡¯ real life experience. Finally, it is helpful for Chinese society. If studying abroad, the high school graduates will make a firm bridge between China and the other countries in culture, thought and technology for sure.
