The effects of globalisation on Australia include the narrowing of the wealth gap; evidence shows that the poorest people within countries share in the gains from national growth.As Australia's average income increases the poor proportionately recieves those gains Globalisation effects on employment means an increasing number of jobs in services rather than manufacturing with workers providing a service rather than a job. It siginifies the end of 'lifetime' employment which suggests people now and in the furture will change careers many times throughout their lifetime. Evidence has also shown that indviduals manage more of their own affairs due to these effects.
