Atmospheric scientists have predicted that a global warming of our climate would show its face early in the Northern regions, and they keep finding things that support their predictions. One of these thinsg being that the average global temperature has risen one degree over the last one hundred years. This may not seem like much, but it’s a bad thing, especially if it keeps rising one degree each hundred years or maybe more. In many places the average global temperature, such as in Northern Canada, has risen up to five degrees. There have been nay concerns over the last few years about global warming and it’s causes. Many believe that people themselves are causing the global warming and think that action needs to be taken before things get really bad. However, others believe that more research needs to be done before any global actions are taken because they believe it could be completely natural. They think it is something that can’t be prevented by people. Recently a lot of attention has been on the Antarctic Ice Shelves because many believe that this could be the answers to what really is causing global warming.
