Not only is this strongly against the law, but it is morally wrong. Killing a person is a terrible thing, and in the way that Mr. Trenker did it is even more terrible. Another reason why Mr. Trenker should be punished is because he needs to learn a lesson. He needs to be taught that killing someone is wrong. Plus, no one can learn a lesson better than by being punished for it. Being punished is the only way Mr. Trenker will truly learn he did something wrong and the only way he can pay for what he did. Although I have a strong believe that Mr. Trenker should be punished, I acknowledge the opposing view. I think that it is completely understandable why someone may believe that Mr. Trenker should not be punished. One reason one may believe that he should not be punished is because he has changed.
