The monster was a monster as called, and not a human who should be forth to such a hearing and punished the way a human would be, he is not a human, yes he was assembled and put together by human body parts, but this does not make one a human does it? , well it depends what you define as human, is a human just flesh and bones! I do not believe so: a human is one who has a soul and can only have a soul if created by god, and Frankenstein is not god! He can assemble the body of a human from flesh and bone of others but cannot give it a soul, for this reason as the monster is not human he should not be brought forth to such a trial. And why do we contradict ourselves when within our own courts we do not convict children under the age of 12 on the basis that they are mentally incapable of knowing right from wrong, so why do we bring, one with the mind of a 2yr old before the courts, is this not wrong!
