Food Groups

...nd day I ate 710 and on my 3rd day I ate 235. During those three days I also had to make sure I ate the right serving amount of each food group. I am expected to have 2-3 servings of the dairy, 2-3 of the meat, 2-3 of the fruit, 3-5 of the vegetable and 6-11 of the grain group (VERY little of the fats). I ended up failing in every food group other than the fats. I have an excuse only for the meats group and that is that I do not eat any meat because I love animals (alive). Every night at dinner my parents expect me to eat one GREEN, either the vegie or the salad and I always eat a lot of bread and other foods from the grain group.
