Canada is truly a "Northern Tiger". The economy created 560,000 jobs , mostly full-time, the best performance for us yet, helping famalies and buisnesses. Canadians stated that health care is their number one priority, hence they will spend the most amount on health: about $1.37 billion. It effects the federal, provincial, and muncipal government. This is because they are all receiving money for different areas. For example, provincial government recieves money for education and healthcare. Municipal governemt recieves money for our community and cities, and federal money recieves money for military and taxes. My stand in the federal budget of 2003 is that I think it is a really good time where our leaders of this country come together in unity to discuss the progression and future for the place we live in.
