The science of eugenics comes from quite a few people of the philosophy of human worth. Francis Galton who coined the term eugenics in 1883, perceived it as a moral philosophy to improve humanity by encouraging the ablest and the healthiest people to have more children. The Galtonian ideal of eugenics is usually teemed as positive eugenics. Negative eugenics advocated ruling the least able form of breeding population to preserve humanities fitness.
