When, for example, a Palestinian suicide bomber blew up dozens of Jews, the reported story always included some unrelated incident or a so-called ‘human interest’ story of some Palestinian Arabs who were ‘frustrated’ by their minority position. Now the atrocity was diminished and put into a correct perspective so world viewers would not be shocked. When a Palestinian was killed in a fire-fight with Israeli troops, CNN, the BBC and always the NEW YORK TIMES exercised their Stockholm Hostage Syndrome as they strived to put the most hideous acts of Palestinian Terrorism in a good light. That Palestinian was now displayed as an innocent victim of Israeli aggression and excess force. Their reporters, editors, TV commentators (anchors) remembered their emotional training from the days in Beirut as the Palestinians’ stooges in the Hotel Commodore in Beirut during the 12 year Civil War caused by Yassir Arafat and his various Terrorist factions. Even the use of children as human shields in front of Arafat’s Tanzim shooters was explained away by the accommodating Media eager to show their understanding. Who can forget the Italian TV journalist who apologized to Yassir Arafat and the Palestinian Authority for releasing the video film showing the two Israelis who were savagely lynched in Ramallah, their bodies thrown from the second story window and viciously beaten to bloody pulps by the cheering, jeering mob. The still photos were very briefly on certain computer Websites until they were removed because they were so horrific. This barbaric lynch was filmed by various video film crews but only the Italian crew’s film made it to the TV screen, for once, the truth had to be shown on newscasts around the world. The Italian studio apologized for showing terror as it always happened but not shown on International TV news broadcasts. Yes, CNN, the BBC, the NEW YORK TIMES are scared to death. They fear that a car filled with explosives will pull up in front of the LONDON TIMES or CNN in Atlanta or the NEW YORK TIMES and blow away their building. They fear that, as producers and directors they will be followed home and assassinated at their own garages - or kidnaped. So, they ‘love’ the terrorists and invent justification for their hideous atrocities against the Jews in Israel and all other innocent people around the world. In effect, the media have, of course, become co-conspirators and an organic extension of terrorist operations. I cannot help but wonder if the Jews decided to secure their affection in similar ways.
