.... There were times when everybody who wanted to function actively in the life of society had to learn to read and write. Nowadays everybody who has such ambitions has to know typewriting, to be able to work with PC, to know foreign languages. In our technical school we had the chance to acquire these abilities too. After finishing secondary school I intend to continue my education in the field of economic sciences. Now I can't imagine what exactly I'll be doing after ten years. As any young person I have the ambition to reveal myself in my profession, to have the chance to use my qualification and to be satisfied with the work I do and with the payment I receive for it. If I was given a second chance I'd choose the same Technical school. I think that this is a school which secures a comparatively high level of education and a solid ground for further education. Here I have the chance to receive an …………………. (Àâñòðèéñêè äåêðåò), so that I have the privilege to continue my education in Austria without equalizing exams. The main purpose of this …………. is to match Bulgarian secondary economy education with the Austrian one. Several days ago I took my exams to study in Akademia Ekonomiczna in Wroclaw, Poland. I think that in case I can find an attractive and well paid job there I'd remain in Poland. At the same time I think that if the education I'll receive there will enhance me to find an attractive and well paid job here in Bulgaria I'll be happy to return. As I finished school and very soon I'm going to receive my diploma for obtained secondary education I realize that I have to feel like a grown up person. Theoretically I can do whatever I want for I am 18 years old, have (the compulsory) secondary education, I can work and be independent from my parents. In fact this is not exactly true. I don't feel mature enough and prepared to start a self-dependent life. I know that nowadays it is not enough to have a secondary education and this is why I want to study further and I need the help of my parents. At this moment ...
