...proof tests and experiments for any conclusion to have validity. So lets take time to conduct more tests to prove or disprove this so-called theory. Because there has only one test conducted there is a higher chance for error. Simply put more controlled tests are needed to ascertain the waters condition. After these tests are done, if they conclude that the water is contaminated the company refuses to pay the cost for reconstruction. Therefore, if the people want the facility reconstruction they will pay for it. The town would pay for this by paying more taxes and no one wants to pay taxes as it is. If we close down the facility to ameliorate the water problem, people will lose jobs. It would take a lot of time to complete a large task such as that. We all know that this facility is the staple of the towns economy; it provides work and income for families and also makes a lot of money which is invested in the town. Do you really want to lose a well paying job for an accusation? Lets consider the source also my brother, Dr. Stockman the only doctor in our town. How do we know he is not lying to get more business ? He knows by making this type accusation to scare the townspeople to his office.
