...ors. I review the theory about organization structure, especially the infective factors in chapter 3. By neatening the theory, the possibilities and mechanism of infective factors, such as size, technique, and environment to organization structure are illuminated; hypothesis and logics of different research angle are opened out. In the classic stage, researchers often search infective factors from the inside of organization; in the modern stage, they usually prefer from the outside of organization, i.e. environment, and emphasize the influence of environment on the formal structure. The research aspect and hypotheses is set out in chapter 4. Before choosing the research aspect, I analyze the essence of company organization: its structure is open and active, which continuously interact with its environment; its structure is rational, which is a process system of decomposition and reorganization. Subsequently, as for possible influences of factors on the structure, five hypotheses is put forward in order to explain the degree of relationship between independent and dependent variables, to forejudge the trend of dependent variables. In the chapter 5, I make out the data and the method used in dissertation, and scaled independent and dependent variables. The data is from the survey named ˇ°research on hi-tech company in Zhongguancun Parkˇ±. Because of values of dependent variable, the method of Logistic Regression model is adopted. Analyzing market environment from the points of view of stabilization and homogeneity/heterogeneity, there are two independent variables: raw materials market situation and types of clients. Analyzing organization size, there are also two independent variables: quantity of assets variation and degree of salesman variation. The chapter 6, which is mainly about data analysis, is an important section in dissertation. Exerting the method of Logistic Regression, I try to detect the realistic relations between independent variables and dependent variable.
