Therefore, having a higher degree of education would increase job opportunity. If higher education is for the rich, then rich becomes richer and the poor becomes poorer. It would only furthermore the inequality among people. It is not desirable because only a select few are able to obtain greater knowledge. While majority of people live in a stand still. This will start a negative chain effect, from a higher unemployment rate, to increase inflation, to an increase of crime rate. If higher education were made only to the rich, we would be living in a regressive world. A person who would like to go into post-secondary education not only the need to work hard enough, but also the need to meet the entrance requirement.
