...l from kindergarten to 12th grade and learning the basics, such as English, math, science, and history straight out of a text book. Then continue on to college to get a degree, and then get a job with that degree. My definition of a “good education” is a little different. It is not only what you learn out of text books but also what you learn from people. This can range for a number of things such as cooking skills, people skills, and time and money management just to name a few. These are not skills you can learn out of a text book. I feel that my definition or a definition similar to my definition of a “good education” is what should be considered a “good education”. All teachers will treat their students different. Some teachers will treat their students like adults when others will treat their students like kindergartners. How a teacher treats a student really all depends on the student and their relationship with their teacher. All schools have different priorities for their students that attend the school. But for the most part I feel that schools just want kids to graduate and not really teach them to the best of their abilities. This is a major problem in our country that many people do not realize is going on in schools today. When you have a well-educated society everyone benefits for it in some way or another.
