There is no excuse for people to risk their lives and the lives of others just to consume alcohol. In my opinion drinking and driving is one of the most dangerous things to do because you could hurt so many other people. It is just plain dumb to drink and drive. If you do see somebody who is drunk please just offer to give them a ride home and by doing this you can save some lives.
