In context, diversity subsists with its intent to advocate the augmentation for individual’s autonomy, liberty and such; permitting an individual to cogitate upon their desire or request; whether the individual be a minority or part of a majority. One can say diversity can directly bring influence, or force conformity to individuality even. The youth of today will, by far, be the most diverse generation yet to come; and all members are in the secondary school stage or so. With such diversity, individuality is witnessed and promoted everywhere. If our nation had done so well in the past several decades and back in attempting to decrease racism, I shall hope to see the same results happening with the promotion of diversity influencing individuality. Yet this is not the case. Racism is such a big issue b/c we have fought it for so long, and it still have not dissolved, it’s still there still there. Contradicting to earlier decades’ views on the legality of racism, it’s not legitimate to be an extrovert Being a member of this generation, I can frankly say that cases of racism itself doesn’t arise that often anymore. Rather today individuals are being discriminated and show bias towards based on their behaviors, persona, attributes, and the alike that does not involve the skin color of one.
