...period of time for a young male teenager named, Todd Anderson. This is Todd’s first year away from home. Todd has never been away from home, therefore, all these experiences, feelings, emotions, and actions, in which he will experience, will be a complete and different transition for him. Todd’s new roommate is a peer of his age, a teenaged boy named, Neil Perry. Neil is an unstable, pressurized young teenager, whose overbearing father has his whole future planned out for him (whether, Neil likes it or not). His future is planned out on the basis of, Mr. Perry. This means that Mr. Perry has his future planned out on the basis, of which job will earn more, and what job HE BELIEVES will be best suited for Neil, rather than what Neil would prefer to be, himself. Mr. Perry wants Neil to become a rich and respected doctor. The reason for this is, so that Neil can keep a fine family tradition alive, of being a; wealthy, stable, classy gentleman.
