conflict management

...ses. In each team there are individuals who take control of the reigns and help input more than other members, but no opinion is put down or overlooked regardless of the idea. Inevitably in any group conflict arises, and if left unchecked can destroy the team. We have all been a part of teams where two members just cannot see eye to eye. Both members feel very strongly about a particular course of action and hold the rest on the team hostage hours while they argue in circles. In some instances a member of the group is always disruptive. This member persists with sarcastic remarks and does not make a real contribution. Sometimes other teams members just cannot get along they hate each other and constantly sabotage each others efforts. Of course, these conflicts can incapacitate the team.
