Communal Rights for Ecudorian Natives and Israeli-Arabs

The governments of both Israel and Ecuador do not recognize the rights of these marginalized sectors of their countries on an international or national level. Israel is more explicit in that it states that it is an ethnic state partial to Jewish people. Ecuador, does not make a firm affirmation regarding what the national identity is. However by not including various aspects of its native population it is excluding them from possible integration into different areas of the society. A prime example of this is the stance of the state on what languages are named official. The recognition of what what languages are deemed to be official and others not, is reflective of the national identity, the state choosed to adhere to. The official language of Ecuador is Spanish. This is the sole language that is deemed official. Quechua, the general language of the Native population is not recognized as an official language of the Ecuador.
