The National Archaeological Museum exhibits utensils, stone carvings, textiles, gold works, and other materials found throughout the country. The Gold Museum has a large collection of pre-Columbian gold objects. Colombia is primarily an agricultural nation. It has experienced a lot of industrial growth in the past decade. Colombia went through an economic change that opened its economy to international trade and investment. Colombia was once completely dependent on coffee as its main cash crop.
