The ways of teaching during that time is now dated. New methods of teaching are more advanced then it was before. For instance, children have many advantages that many adults did not have. Our generation is exposed advancements in technology such as the Internet, a valuable whence of information. Children are aware of current events from teachers reading newspapers and articles and watching the news. Also, children have the advantage of guest speakers who go to their schools and talk about certain topics. This encourages children to take action instead of just being a “bump on a log.” Also, children can attend workshops which focuses one or more specific areas. These advantages are little factors that help our youth have such a valuable education. Without a doubt, children are people too. Just because children are not as big as adults, does not mean that they are not as significant. Size does not matter. What matters is what you have to offer to the world around you.
