Campus Visit
...een to any university or business schools abroad before, I was impressed that each of them had a huge campus; specifically, University of Michigan and University of Notre Dame have their own big football stadium. In addition to the ordinal campus visit scheduled by the school, I had interviews with members of the admission offices at three of them. These campus visits were very helpful for me to get information about the business school. Second, I could learn many things from the campus visits. As I mentioned, the campus visits were useful for me to acquire information about the business schools: for example, the culture of the school, the atmosphere of the class, and the teaching style of its professors. However, the most useful aspect for my campus visits was that I gained confidence that I would be able to catch up with an MBA class. I have two reasons why I thought that. One is that I could see the studentsf presentations when I attended a case study class for first-year MBA students at Indiana University. In the class that I attended, a case competition was held as a final term project. According to the students, ten teams analyzed the same project by using anything they studied in the term; therefore, the students could apply their knowledge about finance, accounting, marketing, and strategy.
