Use a razor blade to cut 3 slices from the raw potato. Each slice should measure 0.5 cm x 4cm x 4cm.put each slice in a beaker 2. Use the wax pencil to label the beakers salt-water. 3. Create a table to write your results in as you go. Write the flexibility of the potato and the “feel” of it. 4. Add 200 ml of distilled water to one beaker and 200ml of salt solution to another and the last one add the sugar solution and put a potato in each of the beakers. 5. After u wait 30 min, remove the potatoes from the beakers and dry them “SOFTLY” and measure them and test out the texture and flexibility again and also measure the size to see if they shrunk. AN...
