So basically you are less susceptible to getting colds and the flu. Your chances of getting heart disease, diabetes, and cancer are greatly reduced with regular exercise. Also research shows that patients that already have one of these diseases actually improve their condition with exercise. B.) Exercise improves mental clarity and concentration, which allows you to do better in the work place or at school. People that exercise regularly have said they feel a better control over their life in general and have less depression, emotional problems, etc. C.) The third most important benefit is weight loss. And with weight loss comes higher self esteem, confidence, and a better appearance. These were just a few reasons why you should exercise, there are so many more. Transition: Now that I’ve told you some benefits of exercise, I will tell you some tips to make exercising easier. II. Main Idea: Now I know all you couch potatoes out there are not going to want to do exercise unless its easy right? A.) Well it really is easy. This could include running, biking, or swimming. So basically you can pick between doing a little light exercise everyday or working a little harder and doing it three times a week.
