My diet also has a big variety of foods ranging from breads to cereals, to fruits and meats. I like to stay away from fatty foods, candy, and other sweets that may ruin my diet an also helps me stay awake because I am not getting any short-term stimulants (which cause fatigue) as I do with my fluid intake.
