Sometimes the artist is trying to convey a message to their audience about the subject that he or she is painting, and often times we can see the author’s mood just by looking at the piece of art they have just created. Art can have many subjects including people, places, animals, and objects. Art can also express a subject’s culture or religion, just by the subject matter that the artist has chosen to create. ‘Art History’ includes everything from when art first came about. Humans have been creating art from the beginning of time, and in many cases they created this art unknowingly. I think that every building and landmark created is a piece of art on it’s own. The pyramids are an example or art, paintings are examples of art, sculptures are examples of art, as well as music or plays that you listen to or watch.
