This article shows the certain studies and personal experiences that prove that laughter is truly the best medicine. One experience included a man named Norman Cousins who had a connective tissue disease. He decided that with medical therapy and a little laughter therapy of his own, he would recover from this disease. Fortunately because of laughing at least two hours a day he was able to fully recover. Studies were also taken at a California University about changes in the epinephrine, killer cells, when laughter is present.
