Annoying your boss
...TION ? What about IDEALISM? What about making the World a better place?. I know at this point many of you, who have taken the time to read this, will be pissing yourself laughing or saying, `` He is so unrealistic``. I donīt care. We are supposed to be idealistic. Thatīs our job. If we forget that, and I know it can be easy sometimes, we are admitting that pessimism and cynicism are o.k. No.They. Are. Not. Trust and respect, in my opinion, breathe together. Without one, the other cannot exist. I see from the Management at this school absolutely no respect for the people working here. Promises are broken and confidences misused when the situation requires it. People are used and played with in little games.Why? I have really no idea, but I can guess. It was stated to me 18 months ago, that the reason why The Staff were NOT informed clearly, as to how serious the financial situation had become, was because ``they would all leave if they knew``. Well, Congratulations! That tactic REALLY worked, didnīt it? How many people have left in the last two years? Donīt mention the 8 female teachers that went last year, they had other, better things to do. In any business, the staff turnover is used as an indicator of how successful Man-Management policy is.The school does not have a policy and it is clear that as long as this continues, motivated and VALUABLE teaching staff will come .and go. I have absolutely NO value to this school. This has been made clear to me in the events of the last weeks. So I am leaving. The details of what the Management did to me are really not that important. What is important is the arrogance and disrespect shown, not only to me but to other more valuable and established staff members. I am a strong believer in Natural Justice. You get what you deserve. This school gets the Management and teaching staff it deserves. Now the students. Yes, those poor, confused Teenagers you see every 80 minutes. They are NOT the problem at this school. T...
