Animal testing is certainly wrong when discussing unnecessary luxuries such as cosmetics, but when it comes down to investigating the effects of vaccines, drugs, etc. then animals are fundamental to good research. If ultimately we are saving lives and keep suffering to an absolute minimum in laboratories, then the ends justify the means.
