I believe that these rights in some ways have been violated with the new airport security measures. With increased security people and their baggage’s are being screened to a great extent. This winter I flew to Europe and to Thunder Bay for ski jumping. Airport security was definitely increased from the last time I flew. We had to stand in line for a longer time during baggage check. They would screen everything we brought on the plane in detail. During check in we had to empty out all our pockets. They made everyone take out all the objects in their bags that looked like potential weapons. If they did find anything that could be used as a weapon in our carry on bags they would simply take it away.
