...this shows how impossible it is to damage the glasses. The word “even” also adds effect because it is saying even a scratch is bad enough. These word are printed in bold and underlined to capture the reader’s attention to the glasses’ strongest features. Underneath the glasses’ technology is said to “bend the laws of physics”. The “laws of physics” determines what we can or cannot do, anything beyond it is impossible. This gives a supernatural impression of the glasses tempting the reader and stimulating the reader’s imagination and fantasy. The word “bend” is a pun: bend saying it is over-ruling the laws of physics and bend meaning physical bending - the flexibility of the glasses. The technology is mentioned to “reach the minds of the extraterrestrial”. The impression of the “extraterrestrial” we have is that they are wiser, more clever than us, which generates how advanced the glasses technology is. Ellipses at the end illustrates minds beyond the extraterrestrial. The copy below is divided into four sections to make it easier and more enjoyable for the reader. In the first section, it talks about the manufacturing of the product, with the help of pseudo science to give a more advanced perception. The material “Air Titanium” is text in bold to convey the superiority of it. Statistics are shown to convince the reader of the technology. Large numbers “2,000*C” are used to connote how difficult and how much it took to produce. At the end of the first section , “strongest” - a catchy clever phrase is underlined that sums up the convenience of the technology. “No screws no hassle” It is short and neat which manifests the convenience and none of the complications of normal glasses. The second section describes the lightness of the glasses. The word “strangely” is used, an association with the extraterrestrial. An example is given to convince the reader how light the glasses are. “…..you won’t realize you are wearing the flexi-e-techs until you take them off” This is in the form of a prediction which is linked with the subject future. This gives the technology a futuristic perspective. Another example again convinces how good the technology is “……don’t feel it touching your skin”. The third section – flexibility includes a lot of elements of freedom. “Feel” – feelings is a human emotion, the sign of freedom in an increasingly pressurized society. “Wherever you please” it emphasizes how you could do whatever you want. The word “spring” also has an association with freedom. The fourth sub-title ends with ellipses “Customize your specs…..” This makes the reader fantasize about how much he could do with flex-e-techs. Again statistics are mentioned to evoke the number of choices. The words “unique and sleek” conveys a stylish impression. The mention of fashion is included to erase the whole “dorky” perspective of glasses. “….blend into today and tomorrow’s fashion” The mentioning of “tomorrow” associates with the future, saying that people will start to follow your footsteps in fashion. Customized colors are described to be “electrifying” to make even the dullest colors like “black, yellow” sound special. SLOGAN The first thing that captures the reader apart from the picture is the large slogan “bend your dimensions” It is graphically edited to have a weird shape and an odd text to demonstrate the flexibility of the glasses. The slogan also wonders the reader and tempts them to read on. GRAPHIC Below there is a picture painted in electrifying colors e.g. red, green to catch the eye of the reader. There is a line that separates two worlds, human and the extraterrestrial but the flex-e-tech spectacles are dr...
