The hysterectomy from a pregnant woman that has uterus cancer, implicates the fetus destruction. So the concept of “existence” implies a very strict religious interpretation from a biologic process and every religion has its own interpretation. Since the moment in which the society make sure equal rights to the citizens from all kind of believes, only the general society consent can transform one faith article into a right norm. The church situation doesn’t have in mind the reality, that abortion is the method more used to eliminate the pregnancies not wishes in a lot of catholic countries. There are studies that affirm that every fetus pass by different development states and finally it arrives to a development point of complexity. This is the moment in which a human person becomes really in a human being. Although the catholic religion predominates all over the world, it must not conditioned our legislation because we live in a regime the establish the separation between Church- State.
